Spicy Chana Aachar Recipes - Homemade Pickle Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-7 Green chilli
  • 2-3 tbsp Fennel
  • 2-3 tbsp Mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp Black sesame
  • 1-2 tbsp Fenugreek
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 5-6 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 3-4 Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Soaked garbanzo beans
  • For Garnish
  •  Fennel

How To Make Homemade  Chana Aachar :-

  • Heat the pan and add fennel, mustard, black sesame, fenugreek, salt and cook.
  • Heat the mustard oil in a pan.
  • In a mixie, mix the cooked mixture.
  • In the heated mustard oil, add cumin, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, water and mix.
  • In another pan, heat the mustard oil and  add grounded mixture, mustard oil and finely chopped green chillies.
  • In another bowl, mix garbanzo beans and left over masala mixture.
  • Now the garbanzo mixture and salt to the cooked tomatoes mixture.
  • Garnish it with fennel and serve with cooked chillies.
