Desi Aloo Poha Tikiya Recipes - Break Fast Recipes



INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3  Boiled Potatoes
  • ½ cup Poha
  • 3  Chopped Green Chilly
  • 2 TSP  Chopped Coriander
  • 2 TSP  Chopped Mint
  • 1  Chopped Onion
  • 1 TSP Chaat Masala
  • 1 TSP Cumin Powder
  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder
  • 1 TSP  Lemon juice
  • 2 TBSP  Maida
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste  Black Pepper Powder
  • FOR GARNISH:
  • Cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Lettuce
  • Coriander
  • Green Chutney


PROCESS - How to make  Aloo Poha Tikiya -



  • Take a bowl, Put Mashed Potato, onion, coriander, Mint, Cumin Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Chat Masala and Lemon Juice to a mixture and mix them well
  • Mix all purpose flour with water in separate bowl.
  • Keep your poha in a separate bowl as well.
  • Now form tikkis of your mixture, coat them with all purpose flour, roll them in poha and deep fry till they develop a golden brown colour.
  • Aloo Poha Tikki is ready.
