ALOO MATAR KE CHOP RECIPES - CHAAT RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
  • For frying Oil
  • 2-3nos Boiled potato
  • to taste  Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Finley chopped green chilli
  • 2 cup Green peas
  • 3 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Ginger
  • To taste Black pepper powder
  • For The coating:
  • Rice flour
  • To Garnish:
  • Coriander leaves

  • For The Serving:
  • Green chutney


PROCESS - How To Make Aloo Matar Ki Chop Recipes:-

  • In a bowl mash boiled potato and add salt, red chilli powder, all purpose flour, green chilli and cumin seeds to prepare filling.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, green peas, salt and black pepper powder to cook and also blend the prepared mixture.
  • Then prepare small balls from the prepared potato mixture and fill the prepared filling and roll it.
  • Coat the rolls with rice flour and fry them in oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Serve the prepared Aloo Matar Chop with Green Chutney and Coriander leaves.
  • Your Aloo Matar Ke Chop is ready
