Mild Chicken Curry - Healthy Toddler recipes
Made with coconut cream and Korma paste, this curry is super-mild, so it won't offend toddler taste buds! Plus you can pop extra veg in if you have them.

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400g chicken breasts (skinless), diced
  • 2 sweet potatoes (large), diced
  • 4 tbsp curry paste
  • 400ml vegetable stock
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh coriander (to serve), chopped


  • Chop your onion into small pieces and leave it to sweat in the oil on a medium heat
  • Turn up the heat and add the diced chicken breasts
  • Add the curry paste once the meat is sealed
  • Now add the diced sweet potato, coconut milk and vegetable stock
  • Bring to boil and then turn the heat down and let it simmer with the lid on for about 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked and sweet potato is soft
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and serve with basmati rice
