Cheesy Macaroni Recipes

Macaroni boiled 300 grams
Processed cheese grated 1 cup
Nutralite 6 tablespoons
Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons

Milk 2 cups
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Fresh bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
Crushed black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh parsley chopped1/2 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220ºC. 
Step 2
Heat two tablespoons Nutralite in a pan. Add refined flour and sauté lightly, taking care that it does not change colour.
Step 3
Add milk, gradually, stirring continuously so that there are no lumps formed. 
Step 4
Add half the grated cheese and continue to stir. After adding cheese, the sauce will thicken further, so add more milk to adjust the consistency.
Step 5
Add salt, white pepper powder and mix.Step 6
Heat two tablespoons of Nutralite in another pan. Add macaroni. Toss. Strain the sauce into this pan and mix gently.
Step 7
Add remaining cheese. Transfer into a baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs and dot with remaining Nutralite. Sprinkle crushed black peppercorns and parsley. Bake in the preheated oven till the cheese melts and becomes light golden.

Serve hot.
