Spicy beef kebabs are an enjoyable way to eat beef and this delicious recipe definitely makes your taste buds tingle.
Boneless beef sirloin(cut into 1-3/4 inch cubes) :- 2 pounds Cloves garlic (minced) :- 3 Smoked paprika :- 2 tsp. Ground turmeric :- ½ tsp. Ground cumin :- 1 tsp. Kosher salt :- 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper :- ½ tsp. Red wine vinegar :- 1/3 cup Olive oil :- ½ cup Medium tomatoes (cut into circles) :- 2 Green peppers (sliced lengthwise then diced) :- 2 Large yellow onion (cut vertically into halves, then again cut those halves vertically. Peel off each layer) :- 1

In a large mixing bowl, take beef pieces and keep aside. Combine the paprika, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper, salt, red wine vinegar and turmeric together using a bowl of food processor. Drizzle little olive oil. Apply this marinade on meat pieces and then toss well to coat. Keep beef pieces in an airtight container and then place this container in a fridge for around two to four hours. Now, take out the container from the refrigerator. Brush little oil onto skewers and then thread the vegetables and meats onto it leaving about half inch in between the pieces. Preheat the grill to medium-high flame. Keep skewers on a grill and cook, with lid covered for two minutes each side. Transfer from the flame to aluminum foil and wrap. Set aside for three minutes. Serve hot.
