Skinny Fries

Crispy, skinny French fries which your kids will surely love. They are low on fat and oil content so you can eat them as a healthy snacking option or also along with lunch or dinner.


    Medium baking potatoes, pared and sliced into 1/4 inch julienned slices, 2
    Butter or margarine, molten, 1 tablespoon
    Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
    Pepper, 1/8 teaspoon

Preparation Method

In a bowl, place the sliced potatoes and sprinkle with butter. Toss well to coat. Place the coated potato slices to a slightly oiled 15 inch by 10 inch baking pan. In an oven, bake them uncovered at 400 degrees F for at least forty five minutes or till they turn golden brown. Sprinkle pepper and salt as you may require.

    Serving Suggestions

      Serve hot, with ketchup or dip
