Fancy Hot Dogs


Butter :- 1 tbsp
Standard sized hot dogs (sliced into 1/4-inch slices) :- 6
Chopped yellow onion :- 1 cup
Sour cream :- 2/3 cup
Water :- 1/3 cup
Chopped fresh parsley (optional) :- 1 tbsp

Preparation Method

In a large skillet, heat butter over medium flame and then put the hot dog slices and onions to it.
Stir occasionally and cook until the hot dogs and onions are browned nicely.
Add the water and sour cream to this mixture. Stir till the mixture becomes creamy.
Cook until steamy and then switch off the heat.
Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions

Sprinkle chopped parsley over hot dogs and serve hot with elbow macaroni or egg noodles or pasta.
