Brown Rice Salad

Prepare this easy rice salad for a quick & tasty snack break.


    Cooked brown rice: - 2 Cups
    Red onion: - 1/4 Cup (chopped)
    Fresh parsley:-1/4 Cup (minced)
    Olive oil: - 1 tbsp
    Seasoning salt: - 1/2 tsp
    Grape tomatoes: - 1 Cup (halved)
    Olives: - 1 Can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced
    Red wine vinegar: - 3 tbsp
    Sugar: - 1/2 tsp

Preparation Method

Take a medium Bowl and mix rice, red onion, tomatoes, parsley and olives.
In another small bowl, mix sugar, oil, vinegar and salt properly.
Pour this dressing over the mixture of rice prepared before and toss it so that each element gets coated properly.
Cover it with a lid and let it chill for atleast 4-5 hours.

    Serving Suggestions

      Serve it with your favourite gravies and stocks.
