Blueberries Ice Cream

Blueberries Ice Cream is a rich and creamy dessert with a touch of vanilla flavor.


    Frozen or fresh blueberries :-2 cups
    Sugar :-½ cup
    Lemon juice :-1 tbsp
    Ground coriander :-¼ tsp
    Vanilla extract :-¼ tsp
    Heavy cream :-2 cups
    Salt :-Pinch

Preparation Method

In 1/4 cup of water, dissolve sugar in a saucepan on a low heat.
When sugar is dissolved, put lime squeeze, vanilla extract, berries, coriander and salt in it.
Cook on a low heat and stir occasionally till berries begin to burst.
Remove from flame and squash the berries.
Cool to room temperature, and then chill in the refrigerator.
Thoroughly mix cream and berries.

    Serving Suggestions

      Add some fudge pieces five minutes just before the end of the freezing time. Top it with choco chips, nuts andfruit.
